Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide effective support, addressing commercial needs through consultative sales;
Introduce yourself to new clients after authentication through the communication channels (written and phone);
Proactively contact clients to assess performance and identify opportunities, carrying out negotiations and renegotiations;
Act predictively to anticipate potential churns and intervene to reverse them;
Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to help build and strengthen the team;
Ensure compliance with commercial agreements made with clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Commercial roles;
University degree (in progress or completed);
Experience with proactive client outreach and B2B engagement;
Clear and effective communication skills;
Proficiency in managing multiple channels;
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team;
Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems decisively;
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
