Be a subject matter expert on our property policies, products, services, and initiatives
Answer calls in a professional manner to take care of our insureds
Answer inquiry and new claims calls on an inbound queue while applying your knowledge, problem-solving skills and making decisions to move requests forward
Handle emergency situations in a courteous and respectful manner
Recommend our business partners to our clients
Accurately and clearly document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims
Ensure that daily call centre metrics are met while taking a high volume of inbound calls
Provide quality customer service, maintaining low hold times
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or insurance training or equivalent training or experience
At least 6 months experience in a call center environment
Insurance experience is considered an asset
Passionate about customer service
Self-motivated, resourceful, and resilient
Superior organizational skills and agility
Comfortable with technology and computer systems
Excellent communication skills in English with French being an asset
Must be flexible to work 35 hours a week during business hours
