About this role
Role Overview
- Own and evolve GitHub as an enterprise platform (structure, access, governance, integrations)
- Define and drive enterprise SDLC standards and “golden paths”
- Lead the development of a developer portal and self‑service capabilities
- Evangelize modern DevOps and software engineering practices
- Partner with architecture, security, and platform teams to balance autonomy and compliance.
- Involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience running GitHub (or similar) at enterprise scale
- Advanced proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience influencing adoption across large, federated organizations.
- Ability to translate governance into developer‑friendly platforms.
- Fluent English.
