Own and manage assigned accounting processes, applying IFRS and/or US GAAP and relevant local GAAP
Review complex and non‑standard accounting transactions, provide technical guidance to stakeholders
Act as a hands‑on people leader, managing a team of 1–3 Senior Accountants / Managers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and optimization of daily and month‑end accounting processes and workflows
Manage internal and external audit activities, including SOX testing
Prepare and/or review periodic management reports, balance sheet flux analyses, SEC schedules, reconciliations, and related metrics
Lead cross‑functional meetings, document and track action items, propose solutions, and escalate issues appropriately

Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 8 years of accounting and/or auditing experience in an international environment
Strong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
High‑integrity team player with strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of one or more local GAAPs (Italian, German, French, Polish, Spanish, or Nordic countries)
Experience working with enterprise information systems, particularly SAP
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or PIBR) completed or in progress
