Responsible for managing clients' operational accounting and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Performing reconciliations of foreign GAAP to Swiss GAAP (OR)
Handling consolidations, VAT returns, reporting, and controlling
Leading client projects and serving as the primary contact for clients
Leading and coaching team members on engagements and optimizing processes and workflows to improve efficiency
Continuously updating knowledge of new developments in finance and accounting
Fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

Completed further education as an Expert in Accounting and Controlling, certified fiduciary expert (Dipl. Treuhandexperte), certified public accountant (Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer), Master in Finance & Controlling, or equivalent (candidates currently in training are also welcome)
Several years of professional experience in finance, financial controlling, or fiduciary services
Experience in consolidation and statutory accounting; payroll knowledge is an advantage
Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS; knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage
Dynamic personality with team spirit, quality awareness, strong numerical affinity, and analytical thinking
Very good German and good English skills
IT affinity and confident use of financial applications (e.g., Abacus, SAP, MS Business Central, O365)
