About this role

Responsible for daily operations within the Logistics Center
Support of field aircraft operations by picking, shipping, receiving, storing, and testing inventory
Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for logistics processes
Oversee outbound shipping and movement of materials from Hub
Process Material Movement Documents for aircraft parts
Request and adhere to departmental budgets for office and shipping supplies
Maintain quality control and compliance with FAA, SOX, and DOD regulations
Conduct scheduled cycle counts of inventory
Perform inventory receiving and kitting operations

High School diploma or GED
1 to 3 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum three years aviation and/or parts/logistics operations experience
Ability to operate a forklift and pass a certification of operation test after initial OSHA training
Problem solving skills and ability to identify root cause
Demonstrated ability to apply basic mathematical principles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
