Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned territory and products, assessing impacts, and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
Serve as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects
Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality
Consult/analyze more complex assignments and/or projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned premier brokers in the U500 block of business
Develop and strengthen relationships with premier brokers through both proactive and responsive contacts to maintain and develop preferred status
Lead and manage the scheduling, planning, execution, and required follow-up for various broker meetings (stewardship, enrollment, ad-hoc, etc.)
Facilitate discussions with brokers to support client acquisition, re-enrollment, and business retention
Proactively anticipate brokers' issues/concerns and recommend mitigation solution(s) to planners in order to meet client expectations
Identify clients with risk of retention & notifies brokers and/or management
Develop relationships with the sales teams and share opportunities for sales growth
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience
Process less complex member management, enrollment and billing updates to deliver quick resolution, and optimize the customer experience to our clients and brokers
Requirements
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

5+ Years experience in relationship management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
