Support analysis for requirement decomposition and traceability
Support MBSE strategy and implementation
Coordinate with sub-contracted product teams for compliance with contractual SOW and established program model governance
Contribute content for presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2 years of applicable engineering experience (Systems Engineer level 2)
Master's degree and 0 years of experience (Systems Engineer level 2)
Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of related engineering experience (Principal Systems Engineer level 3)
3 years with a master's degree or 1 year with a PhD (Principal Systems Engineer level 3)
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
6 months of educational or employment experience reviewing requirements within DOORS or similar tool (Systems Engineer level 2)
1+ years of experience developing or reviewing requirements within DOORS or similar tool (Principal Systems Engineer level 3)
1+ year experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems (Principal Systems Engineer level 3)
1+ year experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities (Principal Systems Engineer level 3)
