About this role
Role Overview
Assist in ensuring subscriber records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Identify and flag missing or inaccurate documentation, route follow up requests to the appropriate internal teams, and monitor progress until all items are fully resolved.
Support data checks to confirm data matches reality and expectations.
Creating reports, preparing reconciliation lists, and driving data integrity by updating records in Dynamics.
Support the timely and accurate management of enrollment workflow tasks.
Prepare and send usage requests to utilities following established timelines.
Confirm incoming usage requests from tech automation.
Track follow ups for outstanding utility responses.
Compile monthly reports on rejected subscribers.
Assist in identifying treatable cases and organizing outreach support for Marketing.
Review and investigate escalations from Customer Care Specialists regarding subscriber statuses, project assignments, allocation discrepancies, or bill credit issues, ensuring accurate diagnosis and timely routing for resolution.
Utilize the ticketing system to document, track, and route subscriber related issues, ensuring proper follow through and confirming resolution before closure.
Support the monitoring of inbound utility files and database quality.
Track the receipt of expected monthly utility/vendor files.
Check received files for completeness or missing fields.
Assist in logging file status in the tracking system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing and reconciling data or documentation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross functional collaboration
Mastery in Microsoft Excel, Power Query
Proficiency in Power BI
Exposure to community solar, renewable energy, or sustainability focused organizations is a strong plus.
