Develop strategic briefings, aligning scope with vendors, partners and internal teams;
Manage timelines, budgets, contracts and KPIs, ensuring delivery excellence and a results focus;
Support control of the department budget (events, giveaways and suppliers), ensuring efficiency and financial responsibility;
Operate and ensure the excellence of the brand's premium experiences aligned with institutional positioning;
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure narrative consistency and amplification of initiatives;
Prepare executive reports and proposals for continuous improvement;
Monitor market trends, bringing innovation in formats, tools and processes;
Keep event data organized, ensuring traceability;
Develop storytelling presentations in PowerPoint.

Solid experience in B2B corporate events, brand activations and sponsorships;
Senior profile with strategic vision, strong organizational skills and excellent communication;
Experience managing vendors (production, logistics, giveaways, set design/staging, catering, etc.);
Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Proficiency in PowerPoint and PDF (executive presentations);
Flexibility to travel;
English and Spanish desirable.
