Responsible for working with utility data on a large scale to evaluate cost, consumption and measure savings related to energy efficiency and procurement options.
Frequently interacting with clients, contractors, and engineers to fulfill essential duties.
Maintaining, analyzing and reporting on utility data.
Assist in the maintenance of client's facility and utility data in a database.
Assist in the review of utility invoices for errors and in disputing errors with the utility on behalf of the Client.
Assist in the maintenance of EPA Energy Star Client accounts.
Conduct energy benchmarking work for portfolio of buildings.
Perform assigned duties with supervision, working in a team problem-solving environment.
Requirements
Associate's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Economics, or a related field or related work experience.
2-4 years of experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
