Training end-users on procedures and the use of supported IT systems
Collaborating on cost estimates

Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
Minimum five (5) years experience working with business process and/or business analysis
Experience with business analysis management methodologies and techniques
Experience using Business Intelligence software and Data Visualization tools
Experience with data analysis, writing database queries using SQL
Functional knowledge and experience in relational database management system concepts
