Analyze and control the inventory of materials and equipment across Brazil.
Monitor purchase forecasts and the monthly incoming volume of materials and equipment, ensuring inventory levels comply with stock policy.
Prepare reports on stock availability by material type.
Monitor consumption performance, assessing the need for adjustments to rollout execution and stock balancing to ensure equitable product availability at each distribution center (DC).
Issue requisitions and purchase orders based on stock replenishment needs.
Monitor supplier scheduling according to the delivery plan.
Monitor and direct the resolution of incoming invoice/note processing.
Initiate and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Actively participate in initiatives with the Operations/Warehouse teams.
Develop and implement reports to monitor logistics performance, tracking results and presenting action plans.
Monitor KPI execution, ensuring targets are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Preferable experience in logistics planning and inventory management.
Advanced knowledge of management and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking for problem solving.
Proactive in seeking solutions and optimizing processes.
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
