About this role
Role Overview
- Work in partnership with internal teams from the beginning of the sales cycle
- Support the development of proposals and strategic agreements
- Manage the negotiation and contract execution process
- Coordinate and prepare responses to RFI, RFP, and RFQ
- Review and draft contractual redlines with tailored wording
- Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with enterprise and digital-native clients
- Independently handle customer objections
- Act as the focal point for resolving critical issues during negotiations
- Articulate and align requirements with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product)
- Coordinate internal approvals required to close contracts
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Sales Operations
- Participate in forecast meetings, team meetings, and business reviews
- Drive continuous process improvements and accelerate contract closing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in commercial negotiation and contract management
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
