Role Overview
- Serve as a day-to-day legal advisor for U.S. healthcare, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Collaborate with U.S. and Canadian partners to support broader organizational goals
- Provide guidance on new products launches and product revisions
- Draft, review and negotiate A&H insurance and reinsurance transactional agreements
- Responsible for company and vendor regulatory fraud training and reporting
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance
- A J.D. from a U.S. law school and a member in good standing of at least one state’s bar association
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in legal research
- Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft product suite
