Role Overview
- Determine customer needs and develop project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
- Meet or exceed sales objectives
- Develop multi-layer customer relationships
- Manage 5-7 key accounts
- Update CRM software regularly
- Create and maintain higher profit margins
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to provide innovative ideas for customer care
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
