Role Overview
- Responsible for servicing client accounts and managing the renewal and marketing process
- Develop relationships with clients and carrier contacts
- Communicate directly with clients and carriers
- Create and maintain client files and policy records
Requirements
- Associates degree (or equivalent), and BA/BS preferred
- More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience
- P&C Insurance License required
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
