Requires strong program management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and ability to lead through ambiguity while coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams
Own day-to-day project and portfolio tracking using a centralized tool (e.g., Planner), ensuring data is accurate, current, and actionable
Monitor milestones, deadlines, risks, and dependencies; proactively flag delays or issues requiring attention
Produce consistent, leadership-ready weekly status reports summarizing progress, risks, and priority actions
Support meetings by capturing summaries, decisions, and action items, and translating them into owned tasks with due dates
Track action-item follow-through and remind owners to ensure commitments are completed
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project working sessions and reviews
Maintain an organized, up-to-date repository of project documents and deliverables

2-4 years of experience in program or project management
Strong foundation in project coordination, PMO operations, or portfolio support
Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams in a structured environment
Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Teams, Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Proven ability to produce accurate, leadership-ready status reports and summaries
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities
Demonstrated ability to follow through, track accountability, and keep work moving forward
