Requirements
Bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management
Strong experience with general HR themes
Relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production
High sense of integrity and open communication
Experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement
Structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator
Excellent Italian and English language skills (C1-C2)
