Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain or related field
15+ years of experience in trading, risk management, or production operations ideally across multiple geographies or business lines
Prior strategic leadership experience with progressively senior level responsibilities
Fluency in English is required
Proficiency in one or more additional European languages is a plus
