Learn from and be mentored by senior product managers, gaining exposure to best practices while developing your own product management skills
Requirements
4-5 years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software
Comprehensive RCM knowledge across the full revenue cycle (Scheduling → Eligibility → Estimates → Claims → Remits → Patient Statements)
Data driven product leader who leverages KPIs such as eligibility automation rate, verification turnaround time, denial trends, clean claim rate, and collections performance alongside direct customer insights to inform roadmap decisions and drive measurable revenue impact
Experienced cross-functional collaborator in matrixed environments, partnering across engineering, operations, and stakeholders to deliver customer
and business-impacting solutions
Customer-focused and execution-oriented with a bias for action; skilled at breaking complex product goals into incremental, testable steps aligned with iterative development practices
Excellent communicator with a continuous learning mindset, able to clearly present product progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels while actively seeking feedback and growth.
