Develop, manage and expand relationships with existing customers in the DIY and electrical installation sectors.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop them into long-term customers.
Present Prysmian’s cable solutions and demonstrate their added value for electrical installations and industrial applications.
Prepare competitive proposals, lead negotiations and close contracts to support company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Product Management, Logistics) to ensure smooth product delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
Build and maintain partnerships with data center customers and wholesale channels.
Requirements
Proven experience in the cable industry, ideally in areas such as electrical installation, DIY, mechanical engineering or data centers.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
Proactive mindset — ambitious, goal-oriented and motivated to build business.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent German and English are required, additional languages are an advantage.
Strong customer focus and ability to understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
