Role Overview
- Work in your area of expertise in major transformation programs in the insurance industry
- Project management
- Architecture
- Requirements and/or testing
- Collaborate across Deloitte’s Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, contributing to product roadmaps and delivery.
- Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and coach defined projects and smaller teams, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
Requirements
- 4-10 years’ experience in the industry working with one or more of the skill domains listed
- Experience from both the industry and consulting is highly valuable
- Having worked with core insurance systems such as Guidewire, Sapiens, TIA or similar is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills.
