Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously, ensuring quality, speed, and impact.
Identify market opportunities and evaluate product-market fit through insight-driven analysis.
Embed voice of the client insights into business decisions to improve client experience and engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to connect insights to brand, product, and growth strategies.
Collaborate with the Research Center of Excellence to align on standards and leverage shared capabilities.
Manage external research partners to deliver high-quality outputs aligned to business needs.
Requirements
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience working in matrixed B2B environments, preferably within healthcare or professional services preferred.
Experience in corporate insights, enterprise research, or strategy consulting, with a demonstrated track record of translating insights into business strategy and executive decision-making.
Strong experience analyzing, synthesizing, and visualizing data to drive decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to partner with Senior Marketing, Product, and Strategy leaders.
Strong project management and vendor oversight capabilities.
Exceptional storytelling, synthesis, and presentation skills.
