Management Information Reporting – Rebates Analyst

Role Overview

• Calculate and pay management fee rebates in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide Management Information (MI) to all business areas, including clients
• Support the MI and Rebates Manager in daily tasks
• Liaise with the wider business on issues that may arise
• Ensure Third Party data is integrated where available
• Provide AUM and flow stats for RFPs
• Maintain and update Data Cube for Rebates & MI
• Setup and calculation of State Street-administered funds rebate payments and accruals
• Answering ad-hoc client queries
• Maintain good relationship with clients, administrators, and all areas of Columbia Threadneedle

Requirements

• Management Information experience – creating reports and spreadsheets
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs should be second nature)
• Understanding of basic accountancy procedures
• Attention to details
• Numerate
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Self-starter
• Third party administrator and Rebate knowledge (if available)
