Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media (SEO, SEM, email, social, and web).
Optimize website performance, content, and conversion in collaboration with web developers and UX designers.
Lead SEO/SEM efforts, ensuring the site is optimized for organic growth and high-performing paid campaigns.
Oversee email marketing, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation flows, and performance analysis.
Drive social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Lead digital execution for new campaigns and product launches, with specific focus to website updates and asset integration for all internal systems.
Carry through white-glove experiences and service into Newport Brass digital platforms, in partnership with customer care teams.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and data dashboards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Service, and Creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Manage agency/vendor relationships and digital marketing budgets.
Stay current on digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in campaign management and performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SalesForce, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush or similar.
Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, web analytics, and marketing automation.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing budgets and leading digital strategy.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Experience in luxury consumer goods, with emphasis in B2B.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
