Role Overview
- Legal support for the German market
- Advise internal teams on legal matters
- Support business, product and partnership teams with their legal needs
- Ensure new initiatives are legally structured and compliant
- Contribute to the preparation of internal reports on legal risks
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with publishers and distribution partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in digital media, SaaS, subscription and content sectors
- Strong knowledge of contracts, intellectual property and commercial law
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Fluent in German & English; additional European languages are a strong plus
