Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for Advising clients on best practices regarding operations and project expansion, development or redevelopment considerations
Developing Excel-based financial analysis and financial projections to support client project plans
Preparation of accounting reports on prospective financial statements
Working knowledge to access state and federal regulations for senior living operators, inclusive of CCRCs, assisted living and nursing
Facilitating strategic discussions with clients regarding business opportunities
Assist in facilitating project management for internal and external projects
Participating in defined business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of work experience in the Aging Services field
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Experience and knowledge working within MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, etc.
Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
