Requirements
- Significant experience in payroll operations
- Strong program management, governance, and leadership capability
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, including ADP GlobalView experience
- Proven experience leading current-to-future state process analysis
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
