Provide technical expertise for Molecular and Chromatography instrumentation
Deliver exceptional customer service through high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance
Provide technical support for the instrumentation in your field of expertise
Resolve technical issues efficiently while following safety protocols and guidelines
Coordinate with team members to optimise work schedules
Manage company assets including parts inventory and equipment
Submit accurate and timely service and expense reports

Background in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related fields
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
PC proficiency and ability to work with specialised software
Valid UK Driving License
Availability to travel within territory (Monday-Friday with occasional overnight stays)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
1+ year experience operating or servicing analytical equipment or related application support (preferred)
Knowledge of UV-Vis/FTIR/Molecular instrumentation, HPLC, IC, GC or high-throughput testing (preferred)
