responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns to grow and retain T-Mobile's customer base
Plans, builds and lead CRM campaigns to T-Mobile customers through relevant channels (e.g. Direct Mail, Outbound & Inbound Calls, Care, Retail, Email, SMS, on-device and web)
accountability for efficient execution on time and on budget
reviews concept briefings with requestors, performs feasibility studies and aligns schedule and timelines across different collaborator groups
Liaison between the internal collaborators and the reporting teams
Regularly communicates campaign impact and recommendations to internal collaborators and management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
4-7 years Research build experience and training experience
2-4 years Project Management experience
2-4 years’ Experience in leading CRM campaigns on vendor or client side
2-4 years Wireless cable or subscriber-based confirmed experience leading or developing CRM programs
Experience in relations management with external vendors and agencies
