The Assistant Marketing Account Manager for Finance and Business Services (FBS) serves as support to the Marketing Account Managers and their clients with the end-to
end lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from planning and creative development to final delivery and reporting.
They assist as a bridge between strategy, creative, and digital teams to ensure campaigns are on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities include managing workflows, tracking KPIs, and optimizing resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field with one year experience in a related field
Demonstrated foundational knowledge of marketing principles, including content development, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to established timelines and deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating effectively within small teams while also contributing independently as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional communication acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Airtable or similar platforms).
