About this role
Role Overview
- Assists the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process.
- Responds to policy inquiries via phone and email.
- Field phone calls from insureds regarding coverage questions.
- Responsible for service work including certificates of insurance, policy changes, and client payments.
- Participate in the renewal preparation process.
- Assists with marketing clients to carriers.
- Checks policies/endorsements for accuracy.
- Prepares quotes and proposals.
Requirements
- High School / GED
- 1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Property & Causality License required
