About this role
Role Overview
Provide crucial support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks including facilitating communication between departments to enhance efficiency of the sales processes.
Work closely with Sales and operations management to ensure compliance with Topcon’s allocation policy.
Manages the product allocation for all new device orders in the inventory system (LISA).
Collaborates with purchasing on inventory shortages and trends to ensure correct quantities are purchased so customer orders can be fulfilled.
Responsible to alert sales operations when inventory is short on specific orders as well as provide ETAs for new inventory.
Manages the Sales return process for non-quality returns.
Coordinates with the sales team and/or customer for pickup of requested return device.
Obtains approvals and communicates all required information to have the RMA created.
Provides general customer inquiries through email and phone support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience; additional administrative or sales support certifications are a plus.
Experience in inventory management/control is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
