Role Overview
- Obtain and maintain a State Life & Health Insurance license
- Complete the DSI Advisor Training Program
- Develop a strong technical understanding of DSI’s Disability Income and Life Insurance products
- Clearly communicate program options to clients via phone and email
- Maintain accurate, detailed records in our CRM system
- Follow DSI’s established sales and service process
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or agency management software preferred
- Highly organized with strong focus on results
- Ability to listen carefully, identify needs and empathize with clients
- Self-motivated
- Professional and confident communication (written and verbal)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, and/or insurance industry preferred
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
