Role Overview
Act as a front-line resource for clients, assisting with coverage setup and guiding them through the binding process.
Support day-to-day operations, providing organized and accurate client records, ensuring all information is communicated effectively across teams and help program implementation.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure clients receive timely updates and information regarding their coverage.
Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters as needed while maintaining a high level of client confidence.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in client experience by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field)
Experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, customer experience, account coordination, or service industries preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and open to learning new systems
Willingness to obtain P&C license if not currently licensed (training/support provided).
