Lead or support comprehensive investigations into a variety of topics, including allegations of potential fraud, conflicts of interest, and other potential violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies, and the law.
Work collaboratively and cross functionally, to define scope, gather and analyze data and other evidence, conduct interviews, document findings, and recommend remediation.
Comprehensively perform document review, utilizing appropriate review technologies and approaches.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment and maintain momentum for multiple workstreams.
Produce clear, concise written reports, interview summaries, analyses of evidence, and presentations, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
Partner closely with key stakeholders to drive remediation and strengthen controls.
Contribute to improving investigation policies, processes, and tools.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Audit, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or other related fields.
Master's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent preferred.
5+ years’ experience conducting investigations at a private or publicly traded company.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with employee-witnesses, leadership, and others during investigations.
Ability to easily develop trust and rapport and influence partners and business leaders.
Ability to remain respectful.
Conduct thorough, timely, and objective investigations into allegations of potential violations of company policy, the Code of Conduct, and/or the law.
Partner with business partners, human resources, legal counsel, and other cross-functional stakeholders to reach an effective resolution to investigations.
