Understanding the end customer is critical

Ensure delivery of all projects on time, to budget
Develop creative briefs and technical requirements

Highly adept at developing creative briefs as well as technical requirements
Seen by the client and the agency as both authoritative and knowledgeable of the clients’ business, strategy and market sector
Acts as an escalation point on all workload priorities
Responsible for owning and developing key (senior) client relationships
Comfortable working on strategic initiatives as well as day to day delivery of BAU
Highly numerate
