Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including job posting coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation support.
Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand basic role requirements and hiring timelines.
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and internal talent pools.
Ensure candidates have a positive and inclusive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
Support recruitment reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and team collaboration.
Requirements
An interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn recruitment tools, systems, and processes.
A customer‑focused mindset with a desire to support candidates and hiring managers.
Internship, project, or part‑time experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or coordination roles is preferred.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, to support interactions with Mandarin‑speaking candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with social media or online platforms for candidate sourcing.
Exposure to working in a fast‑paced or team‑based environment.
Interest in working with diverse teams across different cultures or regions.
