Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI, e-commerce platforms
Contracts and assessments required under data protection law, including the GDPR (DPAs, TIAs, etc.)
Preparing, maintaining required compliance documentation
Internal documentation under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
EverAI’s AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance)
Risk assessments under applicable safety laws
Product & feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance
Day-to-day compliance tasks: standard IP issues, contract reviews, and legal terms updates
Tracking, researching and analyzing relevant legal developments
Guidance from regular check-ins with Ethics & Compliance Officer

Legal education (e.g., Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, recognized legal certification)
2-6 years of experience as legal counsel or similar positions: at least 2 years in contracts and data protection law
Ability to distill complex legal concepts into plain English
Interest in AI
Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
