About this role
Role Overview
- Full lifecycle contracts management
- Strong understanding of consulting/construction related contracts and local regulations
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for contract administration
- Manage task orders, SOWs, change orders and amendments to a project
- Assist with Company acquisitions, integrations, mergers and special projects
- Evaluate and support the client bidding process and RFQ proposals
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on contractual matters
- Work effectively with legal counsel in identification and management of risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of five to ten years with contract and procurement matters in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge in accounting, business finance, law, and contracts
- Familiarity with Vantage Point enterprise resource planning software
- Demonstrated proficiency in management of personnel
- Preferred Certification: Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM)
