Work on Geotechnical Design Projects in the transport infrastructure sector and energy sector
Collaborate with a rapidly expanding team to meet client demands
Develop and lead design teams

Degree in civil engineering or geology
Experience in Geotechnical Design Projects for large infrastructure projects
Extensive experience in the UK highways sector, including National Highways Geotechnical Certification projects
Strong academic background with a relevant degree (ideally MSc or equivalent)
Ideally chartered (CEng or CGeol) or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of competence
Proven experience of acting in a senior role in a fast-moving engineering consultancy environment
Project management experience and understanding of the needs and approaches to the engineering consultancy and design markets
Proven geotechnical design experience
Competent in use of leading geotechnical design software (GEO5, Oasys suite, GeoStudio, Plaxis, etc.)
Application of CDM Regulations in a design and ground investigation environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good commercial track record in negotiating and running successful jobs
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to self-check and produce accurate work
