About this role

Manage a book of 50 + small group clients (10–50 lives), handling 4–6 renewals per month from strategy through execution
Partner with leadership on renewal strategy, including marketing decisions, carrier negotiations, and client recommendations
Lead open enrollment processes, including benefit education, enrollment support, and coordination through platforms like Employee Navigator
Provide ongoing client support throughout the year, including eligibility updates, policy changes, audits, and general service needs

Active Health & Life insurance license (Florida required)
3+ years of employee benefits experience, ideally supporting small group clients
Strong understanding of fully
insured and level-funded plans, renewals, and open enrollment processes
Comfortable managing a high-volume book with strong attention to detail and client service
Must be very organized
