Manage litigation, transactions or other matters and/or assist and work cooperatively with and/or supervise outside legal counsel

Juris Doctorate
10 years of related, progressive law experience
7 years in related disciplines, such as insurance regulation, health law, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, antitrust, employee benefits, intellectual property and litigation
License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or applicable state (DE, WV or NY); or eligible for admission within one year of hire
Obtain and maintain certification as a privacy professional within one year of employment
