Minimum 15+ years of experience in digital marketing related roles; 10+ in leadership roles
Proven track record of driving business efficiencies through process automation & streamlining within marketing & merchandising functions
Previous experience managing Global marketing programs with budget ownership & revenue accountability
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms
Ability to work in fast-paced environment; can work effectively as part of Global, virtual team
Strong identifier and coach talent, building a best-in-class talent bench and effectively managing performance expectations.
Effective in leading cross organizational collaboration and track-record of influencing to achieve results
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
