About this role
Role Overview
Document and maintain end-to-end processes, SOPs, workflows, operational guides, and compliance requirements using standardized templates and version control practices
Evaluate processes across HR, operations, and service delivery for efficiency, cost, risk, quality, user experience, and data accuracy, identifying opportunities to streamline or automate
Pull, clean, join, and analyze data from HRIS, payroll, financial, and operational systems to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes
Present analytical findings through clear data storytelling, visuals, and concise executive summaries
Support HR system administration (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP), including updates, testing, role management, and small enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working with data and business processes
Hands-on experience documenting workflows, SOPs, and process guides
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Qlik, Snowflake, or SQL basics
Familiarity with HRIS or operational systems: SuccessFactors/ADP experience is a plus
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
