As a member of the Compliance team, you will work directly with Customer Care, Product, Tech, Data, our regulatory partners — and our members.
You are the final arbiter of KYC cases. You analyze the consistency of the flows and take responsibility for approving or rejecting member onboarding.
You oversee real-time transaction monitoring. You identify subtle indicators, triage alerts and decide on precautionary measures to take.
You draft and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), a high-responsibility role where your analysis directly protects the institution.
You act as a primary point of contact for our members and partners on compliance questions. You communicate clearly, pedagogically and firmly.
You manage end-to-end follow-up of high-risk or sensitive cases. You are accountable for the quality of documentation.
