About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct legal research in response to questions submitted to the Legal Department by various business lines.
- Draft summaries and in-depth analyses of legal issues.
- Monitor legal developments, with a specific focus on banking regulations and rules related to long-term vehicle leasing.
- Assist in drafting legal briefs and training materials.
- Assist in preparing, drafting and reviewing client and supplier contracts.
- Handle certain matters in cooperation with the legal team.
- Draft standard recommendations for advertising and commercial promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Master's degree (e.g., Master 2) in Business Law, Contract Law, Banking Law, Distribution & Consumer Law, or equivalent.
- Rigorous and possess strong written drafting skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Adaptable and curious, with an ability to understand operational needs.
- Proficiency in English, particularly written English, is required.
