Seeking a sharp, commercially minded Legal Counsel to act as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups.
Draft, review and lead negotiations of complex commercial agreements, including Master Purchase Agreements, specialized semiconductor supply and design-in contracts, EULAs, and SaaS agreements.
Maintain and optimize legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to ensure due-diligence–ready standards.
Requirements
Legal qualification: Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Examinations) or US-qualified attorney.
Expertise: Substantial experience in commercial contract law, specifically in the semiconductor, SaaS, or software licensing sectors.
Language skills: Professional fluency in German and English is essential, as you will be negotiating international, cross-border agreements.
