Support daily resort operations by managing employee housing
Provide transportation assistance
Support guest and staff check-ins
Maintain housing cleanliness
Perform on‑site security duties
Address housing issues, concerns, or conflicts promptly and professionally
Enforce housing rules and policies consistently
Check in employees and guests as needed
Serve as a point of contact for housing‑related questions or concerns
Transport employees and/or guests between housing, work sites, and designated locations
Safely operate company vehicles and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and well‑maintained
Coordinate transportation schedules based on operational needs
Perform security rounds of housing areas and property grounds
Monitor for safety issues, disturbances, or policy violations
Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or after‑hours concerns
Document incidents and communicate issues to management as required
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and guest service expectations

Previous experience in housing, facilities, security, hospitality, or operations preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Ability to work independently, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a remote location and living on‑site
Requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs
Must be able to work days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays as required by location
